Chef Nasha Fondeur

Born on October 4, 1981, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Nasha Fondeur began her career in the world of pastry in 2008 under the mentorship of renowned Chef Jannette Berrios. Her passion and dedication to the sweet arts led her to join the prestigious team at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel in 2012, where she worked alongside Chef Juan Jose Cuevas, enhancing her culinary knowledge and skills.

Subsequently, Nasha took on the role of pastry director at the Hard Rock Cafe Hotel in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, a position that solidified her reputation as a leading figure in the pastry industry. In November 2021, she returned to Puerto Rico to assume the role of corporate executive pastry chef at the prestigious The Condado Collection, where she continues to delight diners with her exceptional talent and leadership within three unique properties: Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, La Concha Resort, and Condado Ocean Club.

Nasha has had the privilege of training with great pastry masters internationally, participating in multiple master classes with renowned chefs such as Jordi Bordas, Amaury Guichon, Antonio Bachour, Oriol Balaguer, Cedric Grolet, Carles Mampel, Javier Guillen, Xavier Barriga, and many others. Her knowledge of sugar and chocolate science has been expanded at esteemed institutions such as the Culinary Institute of America in New York under Chef Michael Laiskonis and the Swiss Chalet in Switzerland.
