Leslie Cofresi

Leslie Cofresí is a San Juan based Mixologist and Restauranteur. Since 2013 his work has been instrumental in shaping the contemporary Puerto Rican gastronomy landscape.

His projects attained such recognitions as James Beard awards mentions in both Bar and Restaurant categories, Food and Wine top 10, Tales of The Cocktail Spirited Awards finalists for various categories, and 50 Best Bars awards - International and North America rankings.

He is co-founder and owner of La Factoria, Puerto Rico's most recognized cocktail bar, and has also launched and operated numerous gastronomic projects on the island. Some of these are La Alcapurria Quemá, Jungle Bird, Pollos Scharneco and Licorería Miramar.
